Thomas Anokye-Gyambrah, Apostle
Dr. Thomas Anokye-Gyambrah is the apostle and lead pastor of Christ the King Church. He repented and believed in the gospel on 2 July, 2001. God has given him a kingdom mandate to prepare the way of the Lord, and make His path straight (Matt. 3:3) by calling every nation, tribe, tongue, and people to worship Jesus Christ (Rev. 14:6-7). He is fulfilling this kingdom mandate through "the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love." (Eph. 4:12-16) He is married to his co-laborer, sister Hannah, and the Lord has blessed them with five children (Lord, Linda, Elijah, Deborah and Elisha). Please pray daily for brother Thomas and his family for the the spirit of the LORD, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD (Isa. 11:2). Pray also that brother Thomas will be strong and courageous in the Lord (Joshua 1: 6-9) so that he can speak boldly, as he ought to speak to make known the mystery of the gospel (Eph. 6:19, 20).
