16-POINT STRATEGIC PLAN
16-POINT STRATEGIC PLAN
The Word of God is the very foundation upon which Christ the King Church is established. This Word is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Jn. 1:1; 6:63). We will depend solely on the Word of God to bring sons and daughters to the kingdom of God. God's Word is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth (Rom. 1:16). This Word is inerrant and was written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. |
We depend on the God kind of Faith to win the lost to Christ, disciple God's children, heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead, etc. We will do this by encouraging every person at CKC to believe in every single Word of God (Heb. 11:1-40; 2 Chro. 20:20; Mark 11:12-14, 20-24). We do this because the Christian is called to walk by faith and not by sight - (2 Cor. 5:7). |
We are committed to depending on the power of the Holy Spirit to call people to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We do this through the Holy Spirit's manifestation in the Anointing, the Seven-fold Spirit, the Gifts of the Spirit, Healing, Deliverance, Meeting the physical needs of people, etc. |
We are committed to preaching and teaching the whole counsel of God with simplicity to produce faith in the children of God (Acts 2:42; 20:27; Josh. 1:8; Ezra 7:10; Rom. 10:17). We believe that as God's people keep hearing and doing what the word of God says, they will become matured saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ (Eph. 4:11-16). |
We believe in the biblical order of local church leadership.
-Jesus Christ: We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal head, the One in charge of the church (Isa. 9:6-7; Eph. 5:23; Col. 1:15-20). -Plurality of Elders: It is our believe that the local church is governed by a plurality of elders who are led by a lead elder/pastor. These people see to the preaching and teaching of the word of God, and give oversight to the local church (Eph. 4:11; Acts 20:17; Titus 1:5; James 5:14). -Deacons: Deacons are individuals who help/serve to enable the elders execute their functions (Acts 6; Philip. 1:1; 1 Tim. 3:8-13) |
We are committed to teaching and practicing the leadership principles that enabled Jesus Christ to transform the world. These principles include the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit of Wisdom, the Spirit of Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel, the Spirit of Might, the Spirit of Knowledge, the Spirit of the Fear of the Lord (Isa. 11:2); humility, obedience, and servanthood (Philip. 2:5-11), etc.
|
We teach God's children it is the will of their Father that they prosper in all things and be in health, just as their soul prospers. The children of God are called to be champions and live the dominion mandate in this earth. God commands us to prosper and have good success in every area of our lives - soul, health, marriage, parenting, relationships, jobs, finance, time, etc. (3 Jn. 2; Gen. 1:26-28; Josh. 1:8). |
We believe the Christian's warfare is not against people, but against Satan and his demons- principalities, powers, the rulers of the darkness of this age, and the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. We win this war daily by submitting to God (daily obedience to the word of God (Eph. 6:10-20; 2 Cor. 10:3-6; James 4:6-7). |
The Christian God is the Supernatural and the Miraculous God. He has the power to do all things, and nothing can stop His purpose. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Jer. 32:27; Job. 42:1-2; Heb. 13:8; Mark 16:20; Jn. 14:12). The manifestation of the God kind of Faith, the Anointing, and the Glory of God opens the door for signs, wonders, and miracles. |
